I made myself a list of short-term goals I wanted to accomplish this week.
1) Work out
2) Sleep before 11 PM
3) No "C" sweets - cookie/cake/candy
I ran maybe 100 feet with the kids at the ballpark today, it's 11:46 PM and I had two red vines today.
Pretty good right?
Yes that's pretty good but add a fourth "C" for carbonated beverages. See if you can find a doctor to confirm that with.
